We are looking for a highly skilled Facebook Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic, increasing conversions, creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta platforms Your expertise will drive brand growth, maximize ROI, and achieve marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data-driven advertising strategies across Meta platforms.
•  Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns for various objectives (traffic, lead generation, conversions, etc.).
•  Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the right demographics.
• Design compelling ad creatives in collaboration with the design team.
•  Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies for optimal results.
• Manage ad budgets, bid strategies, and ensure efficient spend allocation.
•  Stay updated on Meta advertising trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
•  Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing Facebook Ads campaigns with a strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of Facebook’s ad types, audience targeting, and optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with other social media platforms (Instagram, Messenger, etc.) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
• Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and visuals.
